A Certified Holistic Counsellor and Holistic Coach, a Mindfulness Mentor and mum who’s walked the path of stress, disconnection, and healing.

My approach is gentle, supportive and rooted in mindfulness, emotional awareness and nervous system regulation. I help women and mothers find their centre again, even in the messiness of life.
