My Story
For many years, I was someone who did all the “right” things when it came to health and wellbeing.
I understood nutrition. I valued movement. I was deeply interested in personal growth and mindful living.
And yet, there were times in my life where my body told a different story.
Like many women, I had experienced stress and emotional challenges ( some from early in life) that I hadn’t fully connected to my overall health and wellbeing.
It wasn’t until I began to explore the deeper connection between the mind, body, and nervous system that everything started to shift.
I realised that true healing isn’t just about what we do – it’s about how we feel, how we process life, and how safe our body feels within it.
More recently, my own health journey has deepened this understanding even further – reinforcing just how important it is to slow down, listen, and support the body as a whole.
Today, this is the foundation of the work I do.

I trained at the Australian School of Holistic Counselling as a Certified Holistic Counsellor, Health Coach, and Meditation Mentor. I also bring over 30 years of experience in communications and marketing, primarily within the health and wellness space.
I combine professional knowledge with real-life understanding – creating a grounded, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and gently guided.
My approach is holistic and compassionate, focusing on the whole person – because everything is connected.
Together, we work to calm your nervous system, build awareness of what your body is communicating, and create simple, supportive changes that feel realistic, so you can feel more like yourself again.
