What is Holistic Counselling?
Holistic Counselling approaches mental wellbeing by combining both the latest research with ancient wisdom.
Holistic Counsellors acknowledge that there are a variety of factors that influence your mental health including lifestyle, relationships, personal values and beliefs, environmental choices and influences.
Sessions involve not just talk therapy in which we discuss life challenges, emotions and personal perspectives, but they also incorporate learning how to nurture yourself holistically through better sleep, nutrition, self care rituals and mindfulness techniques.
My sessions offer a supportive and empowering environment that enables you to achieve balance and harmony across all aspects of your life.
