What is mindfulness?

There are numerous definitions to explain mindfulness but put simply it is about being. Being present in the here and now.
It’s not a miracle cure and it’s not about sitting and doing nothing.
It’s not a therapy but instead a daily practice in which you develop an awareness about your mind and how you interact with the world around you. It’s becoming aware of your feelings, emotions and reactions and how they affect you and the ones you love.
When we sit in this awareness on a daily basis things shift in your body, your mind and your relationships. It is truly powerful to come back to the body and where you are right now.
Mindfulness is the miracle by which we master & restore ourselves. It is the miracle which can call back in a flash our dispersed mind & restore it to wholeness so that we can live each minute of life.
