As a Holistic Counsellor, Wellness Coach, and Mindfulness Mentor, I combine modern science with time-tested tools to support your mind, body, and emotions.
I support clients through emotional overwhelm, stress-related burnout, and life transitions using a trauma-aware, nervous system-informed approach.

My Story
A few years ago I realised that stress in my body had overwhelmed me to the point that my health was suffering.
I was reactive, exhausted, and constantly second-guessing myself.
I was parenting a teenager struggling with her mental health. I searched endlessly for answers for her and for our family. I wanted someone to just hand me a clear way through.
Then I stopped and looked inward. I realised I was burnt out from trying to hold it all together. My nervous system was fried.
As an avid reader on all things health, I started to delve into what was going on inside me – and our daughter!
I started arming myself with new tools and techniques to calm my mind and body, and it was a game changed – for me, our daughter and our family.
My Calm Life Project began!
