Holistic Counselling approaches mental wellbeing by combining both the latest research with ancient wisdom.

Holistic Counsellors acknowledge that there are a variety of factors that influence your mental health including lifestyle, relationships, personal values and spirituality.

Sessions involve not just talk therapy in which we discuss life challenges, emotions and personal perspectives, but they also incorporate learning how to nurture yourself holistically through better sleep, nutrition, self care rituals and mindfulness.

New clients must purchase a pack. You will be required to fill in an intake form and have a 15 minute connection call prior to payment. Holistic Counselling requires commitment from you to attend sessions and start making changes in your life in order to reap the benefits. At least 3 sessions are initially required so we can get to know each other and I can support you fully though any life challenges that you are currently facing and share techniques to help you heal and grow. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly.
